New ETG appointment has Scotland covered

The Engineering Technology Group (ETG) has announced the appointment of Ross Milne as its independent Regional Sales Manager covering all of Scotland.

Ross is well known in manufacturing circles in Scotland and will undertake his new role while maintaining his position as a director of Forfar based RAM Engineering and Tooling Ltd., a CNC machine tool and manufacturing solutions company.

In representing ETG and its high end partner portfolio – Chiron, Nakamura-Tome, Stama, Handtmann, Hardinge Bridgeport, Quaser, Handtmann and most recently Halter Automation – Ross will be bringing his many years’ experience in machine tool sales to the fore.

“The ETG appointment lets me utilise my manufacturing and tooling background, together with the previous CNC sales experience gained when I held a similar role with Hardinge UK in years gone by,” he explains.  “I am confident that Scotland will be a very receptive market for ETG’s fresh thinking and am confident the brands they represent will appeal to the significant engineering presence here.  It’s a great challenge.”
